Application
This equipment verifies that equipment housings and seals maintain performance during storage, transport and use in wet conditions. It is mainly used for waterproof performance and IP rating testing of electrical and electronic equipment, lamps, electrical cabinets, components, communication devices, cars, motorcycles and their parts, outdoor lighting and signal equipment.
Test Method
The sample is immersed in the pressure vessel and air pressure is applied above the water surface. Pressure is held for the set duration to reveal seal leakage.
Applicable Standards
Tested to GB 4208-2008 and IEC 60529-2001 (IP Code).
